Beau Braunger graduated from Bishop Heelan Catholic High School in Sioux City, IA in 2003. Immediately
following he went on to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder to study Economics and Business. In
August of 2007, Beau graduated with a BA in Economics and a minor in Business.
While in college Beau served on the executive board of his fraternity and was also inducted the Order of Omega
which is a well-known honor fraternity based on scholastic achievement and community involvement.
Additionally while at CU, Beau was accepted into the National Scholars Honor Society also based on scholastic
achievement.
EXPERIENCE
Beau began his commercial real estate career serving as an intern under United Commercial President Chris Bogenrief during the summer of 2006. He
was given multiple projects and assignments that were completed with efficiency and success. Shortly after his
apprenticeship he was offered a job as a Commercial Specialist and is currently representing United
Commercial as a licensed agent and has been working full time since August of 2007.
